At Khemara, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality food products. Due to strict food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of any food products once they have been sold, except in cases where the product is found to have a defect.
Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective product, please follow these steps:

Report the Issue: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of purchase or delivery at hello@khemara.com.au. Provide the following details:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the defect
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Review Process: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided. If the product is deemed defective, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the product
- A refund, if a replacement is not possible

Defective Product Disposal: For health and safety reasons, we may request you to safely dispose of the defective product or return it to us if necessary.
Non-Defective Products
For non-defective food products, we regret that all sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. This policy ensures the safety of all our customers by preventing the risk of contamination.
